Fuzzy inference-based manager evaluation of venture enterprises in investment decision making

Evaluation of manager in venture enterprises occupies a central role in decision making of investment. As the evaluation is so much related to human subjectivity, the applications of conventional approaches to cognitive processes are very limited. Fuzzy theory finds its position in this kind of fields. In this research, we tackle the manager evaluation with a fuzzy approach. Also, the existence of difference of opinions among evaluators is taken into account when making investment decision. The proposed approach demonstrates very reasonable results when applied to real cases.
