  • Abstract
    The noise and vibration of the motor has been a very important factor in the performance of the motors. Particularly for permanent magnet synchronous motor, noise and vibration characteristics also have a lot of particularities. In this paper, Firstly, the author analyzes the air-gap flux density expression of fractional slot permanent magnet motor stator in slotted condition from the magnetic field. Secondly, the author analyzes the influence of vibration and noise on the motor including the length of Permanent magnet in polarization direction, the shape and size of teeth notch in the stator, the size of stator notch width. At last, the comparative results show that, the proposed method can effectively weaken electromagnetic vibration and noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
