  • Abstract
We studied the influence of a quantum dot in a 1D-channel on the quantised acoustic charge transport. Current plateaux at record-low RF-powers have been observed. More importantly, our findings show a possible way to a systematic engineering of quantum dots for an optimised high accuracy device
