  • Abstract
A digital sampling system for high accuracy low power factor measurements of high voltage capacitive/inductive reactors is described in the paper. It is suitable for automation and since it does not require balancing offers the advantage of faster operation with respect to current comparator based bridges. It has an estimated uncertainty of less than 50middot10-6 under real high-voltage conditions
