Abstract
The development of DC high resistance standards from 10 MOmega to 100 TOmega and a dual-voltage-sources bridge is described. The resistance standards are significantly less sensitive to humidity and temperature variations as they are mechanically sealed in a thermostat chamber. A method, for calibrating 10 MOmega to 100 TOmega resistors, is described with results and uncertainty budgets reported
