  • Abstract
The design of questionnaire mostly depends on previous knowledge and experience. This paper applies case-based reasoning technique to the procedures of knowledge reuse in questionnaire design service and puts forward an application framework of knowledge reusing method in designing questionnaire based on case-based reasoning. Then some key technologies such as case representation, case organization, case retrieval by similarity measure and GATS, case optimization and reuse, case study are thoroughly explored. In case retrieval, a hybrid retrieval mechanism combing the method of K-NN and GATS is adopted. By setting up the model of GA fitness function and selection, TS crossover and mutation to automatically optimize weight, disadvantages of common weight adjustment methods such as AHP and Delphi are overcome and quality of retrieval is guaranteed. A CBR prototype system of questionnaire design is developed and some experiments are finished by using the platform. The experiment results show high efficiency, good quality of the technical platform, which provides effective support to the knowledge reuse of questionnaire design and the innovation of knowledge.
