Abstract
Considering the restriction of hardware, an modified optimal stopping rule is analyzed to determine quickly which channels to use. In addition, a priority-concerned MAC protocol based on queue theory was proposed for cognitive radio network. The priority-concerned optimal MAC scheme following the stopping rule is validated by network satisfaction simulation.
