Abstract :
In the present paper, a new concept of SI circuits is presented based on the application of operational amplifiers with adjustable transconductance. It has been proved that in the delay circuits proposed one can electronically adjust its amplification, which was not possible with SI 1st and 2nd generation circuits. For the purpose of verification of the concept a simple adjustable transconductance amplifier was designed. Simulation examinations of delay circuits were carried out, which proved the legitimacy of the concept
