Abstract
A self-aligned cavity is presented which shows significant improvements, in particular much less sensitivity to mechanical perturbations. Among the two studied configurations, the unfolded cavity is the more suitable regarding beam quality and reliability. Continuous tunability depends greatly on the quality of the AR coating of the diode output facet
