Abstract :
From the perspective of BSC, this paper focuses on the development strategy and social responsibilities of newspaper and elaborates on finance, readers, interior flow, innovation. Based on general performance evaluation measurement, draws a frame of evaluation from perspective of BSC, and selects the indicators which are used in three hiberarchies. Finally a scheme of salary distribution is given.
