Abstract :
Time lag impacts quit a lot on KM, i.e. knowledge management. Organizational KM network and artificial neural network share similar character. So on micro-object point of view this article gave a target function on knowledge management with the research method of Hopfield Network, which is a better way to appraise KM performance. And based on this , the article brought up the effect time lag has on performance of knowledge management and analyzed how to improve knowledge management through reducing time lag.
