Abstract
A quasi-monolithic 0.5 pF toroidal cross capacitor has been developed that can be used as a standard to determine frequency dependence of a Thompson-Lampard calculable capacitor (TLCC), and for direct comparison of the TLCCs and for a primary standard of loss angle and a maintenance standard of capacitance. The instability of capacitance is expected to be not exceed 5X10"8 per year
