A Preliminary Study on Collaborative Management of Intellectual Property in Supply Chain Enterprises

From the supply chain perspectives, this article proposes the proposition on collaborative management of supply chain enterprises intellectual property. It discusses the necessity of collaborative management on intellectual property of supply chain enterprise-forming mechanism of conflict on intellectual property of supply chain enterprise. It analyzes its transformation from non-cooperation condition to the coordination condition of intellectual property of supply chain enterprise. Meanwhile it puts forward four fundamental principles on collaborative management of intellectual property of supply chain enterprise-"win-win, harmonics, risk, sharing", and then establishes the "three-layer propulsion" pattern on collaboration management of intellectual property of supply chain enterprise. This article provides new thoughts and concrete operation principles & patterns to the problem of effective utility intellectual property in supply chain condition to the Chinese enterprises.
