Constructing network learning community to improve teachers´ learning abilities in universities

In the information age, knowledge updates faster, and teachers in universities must study continuously in all their lives to conform to the changes of the times. Network learning community, as a kind of ecological learning system based on network, it provides strong support to teachers in universities to improve their learning abilities. This article will discuss the openness of features, information resources sharing, independent inquiring and collaborating of the network learning community, and put forward the relevant policies to how to construct the university teachers´ network learning communities.
