Abstract :
To reduce the high frequency gate driving losses, a new Dual Channel Pulse Resonant Gate Driver is proposed in this paper. By adjusting the phase shift angle between the driving switches, an initialized current can be generated to provide fast gate drive speed. All the driving switches work under the ZVS or ZCS operating situation. The gate driving energy recovery calculation and simulation results verify the theoretical analysis of the proposed resonant gate drive circuit.
