Abstract :
For multi-body satellites with large solar panels and antennas, it\´s an important task to conduct the physical simulation experimental research on the combined control of attitude and antenna pointing. This paper mainly designs the physical simulation experimental system for satellite multi-axis pointing control, which is composed of a single axis air bearing table, a large solar panel, and a real antenna. The dynamic model of this experiment system is derived using Lagrange\´s equations. A multi-axis pointing control scheme is studied for body attitude and antenna pointing, and a nonlinear control algorithm is designed according to the "wheel-thruster" actuator mode, considering control precision and gas consumption. The experimental results verified that the control system is effective, and the control algorithm is feasible in real time system. The multi-axis pointing precision is high and the consumption of gas is low. This work is important in practical engineering for multi-axis pointing control of multi-axis satellites.
