Abstract :
In vibration testing, a shaker is controlled to produce a specified vibration spectral density. But a shaker/amplifier combination along with the fixture bolted to the shaker will seriously distort the drive signal in the process of producing a corresponding vibration. In this paper, a self-organizing fuzzy logic controller for vibration testing is proposed. The results of simulation show that the fuzzy controller can effectively overcome the distortion and nonlinearity of the vibration testing system
