  • Abstract
In the process of sludge treatment, it´s a very important technological link of mixing the material, but the key is how to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the feed´s weight. The changes in the sludge size, shape, humidity, viscosity, weight, etc. lead to the output signals of the ordinary weighing instrument unstable, so it´s difficult to achieve ideal control effect through the traditional weighing programs. This paper proposes a novel feeding dynamic weighing scheme, which embeds weighing sensor between the screw conveyor and hopper and uses peak detection method to carry on filter processing to the dynamic weighing data, to exactly detect the weight of the sludge continuously conveyed. Experiments show that the method not only adapts to different conditions, but also has a higher weighing precision.
