Abstract :
When the sample size and participating centers increase, the traditional paper-based management approach has been unable to adapt to the requirements of the development of clinical trial. Clinical trial collaboration and management system (CTCMS) was developed independently. It was adopted in the practice of clinical trial management. CTCMS is a web-based multi-center clinical trial management software platform, has clinical trial creation, centralized randomization, subjects screening and competing for enrollment, drugs blinding and allocation, trial progress management and other functions. The application of the system can strengthen multicenter clinical trial management, guarantee the safety of blinding, raise efficiency of clinical trials, reduce trial cycle, and avoid wasting drugs.
