Abstract :
Knowledge management (KM) has been the most important initiative part in organization innovation. Along with research thorough development on KM, knowledge creation (KC) causes the scholar to take seriously. This paper examines the knowledge creation process and highlights the creation, transfer and utilization of tacit knowledge. Based on other scholars´ research, combined with nowadays managerial situation in China, organizational culture is carried on the full discussion which is looked as the crucial restriction factor for tacit knowledge utilization. At last, the paper gives detailed suggestion to reconstruct a human-based organizational culture responding to the request of knowledge creation.
