Abstract :
In this paper, the value innovation is introduced, becoming the inevitable choice for structure growth of China construction industry. According to the refined hypothesis, form the current dilemmatic condition of China Construction Industry, these two kinds of construction enterprises are making the deal in the corresponding market, one is enjoying the value innovation, exploring the high value-added market, and the other is not taking the value innovation, pursuing the traditional project. Mathematic simulation have been used to define the evolution of these two kinds of construction enterprise, and the relation matrix between the evolution of construction enterprises´ value innovation and industrial structure growth is also constructed. Finally, by discussing mutual-relationships between these two kinds of construction markets, the result is showed that no matter whatever the track of the structure growth of China construction industry is, enterprises taking the value innovation will inevitably prevail and construction market will be more effective exploited and used, and the evolutionary matrix could explain the double-disadvantage status and the tendency of the international construction value innovation satisfactorily.
