  • Abstract
This paper first gives the definition of the technological innovation spill-over, then discusses the measurement of spill- over effect of the technological innovation: the parameter of technological innovation spill-over effect, that is, innovation spill- over rate can be described as the difference between social marginal revenue rate and marginal revenue rate of enterprise. The static game-theoretical analysis on the reigning and entrant shows that, when marginal revenue rate of enterprise is greater than capital interest rate, the enterprise has motive of technological innovation; when spill-over effect of innovation is high enough, the possibility of the reign to innovate will be decreased; the three-stage dynamic game-theoretical model which is based on technological innovation spill-over effect indicates the motivity of the enterprise prefers to be the leader and follower of technological innovation in the first stage and the second stage.
