Abstract :
It is necessary for modern enterprises to learn advanced management thoughts and methods in order to survive and develop. Address the problem of low success rate of adoptive management innovation, based on the innovation measurement framework of Oslo Manual and influencing factors model of management innovation of Koberg etc., a model of successful implementation of adoptive management innovation is put forward to analysis the critical fit factors between enterprises and adoptive management innovation, taking TPS for example, using cross-case study to conduct empirical analysis, and using Atlas/ti software to analyze qualitative data.
