Abstract :
In these days, organization operation has changed from product operation to capability operation, and systematical capability management has been an important part of organization management, and it is important for systematical capability management to understand capability and its evolution mechanism correctly. So, based on system theory and fractal theory, this paper puts forward the concept of integrated capability (IC), analyze the resource structures of integrated capabilities, then according to resource structures it sorted the organizational integrated capability (IC), finally it analyzed the development mechanism of organizational integrated capability (IC) based on above sorts: this paper argues that integrated capability (IC) is driven by internal drive and external drive, and puts forward the functioning mechanism of the evolution drives of integrated capability (IC), based on the functioning mechanism, the paper puts forward the two-kind dynamic cycle evolution mechanism of the resources structure of integrated capability (IC), which uncovers the evolution mechanism of the space structure of integrated capability (IC) form resource level. In a word, the results gotten have important theory values for capability management and especially for systematical capability management.
