Abstract
Two methods are given about where to find new business opportunity in this paper, one is based on environment analysis and the other one is based on resource and competence analysis. These two methods are needed to be combined, We should cope with the problems the field of opportunities is too small or too large. In this study we use the concept of set and field of Maths.
