Research on the Performance Reverse Logistics System for Enterprises Base on EAHP

Under the economy globalization environment, enterprises and governments from home and abroad give more attention cycle economy, how to construct the Reverse Logistics System (RLS) in the global scope for acquire the objective. In view of such four factors as the infrastructure of RLS, the level of utilization of RLS, the knowledge level of staff of RLS and the level of system ensures of RLS, the Model of Performance Appraising & Optimizing of the Reverse Logistics System for Enterprises (MPAORLSE) in this article is presented. The model is solved by the means of Expanded Analytic Hierarchy Process (EAHP), The model and valuation method suggesting in the article, which can help enterprises find out the key factors by the diagnosis and analysis of the capability of RLS.
