Strategy Research of Enterprise Information Planning Based on TOE-TAM Model: Case Study for ERP Implementation of a Discrete Manufacturing

From a perspective based on behavioural science and social psychology, we analyze the behavioral factors that influence the ERP(enterprise resource planning) implementation. We integrate the TAM(technology acceptance model) with TOE(technical-orgnization-environment) model ,and add the third-party consulting institutions factor as a new external variable. We present an improved planning model to discrete manufacturing enterprise informationization. And according to the features of discrete manufacturing enterprise infomationization, we present an infomationization process model. Based on the two models, we subdivide the indicator variable to advance a discrete manufacturing enterprise information adoption evaluation indicator system. Finally, according to a case analysis, we draw some conclusions and recommendations in order to improve the effect and efficiency of enterprise informatization.
