Abstract
This paper is focus on reverse logistics which is a part of "environmental logistics". With the development of high-tech, the "win-win" strategy that developing economy and protecting the environment has gained more and more attention nowadays. This paper is organized into 5 sections. In section 1 and 2, the motive factors of the reverse logistics implementation and the current station of Chinese steel industry is discussed. Then the model of reverse logistics system for steel industry designed in section 3, which is composed of returned logistics and waste material logistics. There is the practical application in section 4 and the conclusion at last. The purpose of this paper is to research the Chinese reverse logistics and help the relevant companies who would like to pursue reverse logistics as a new market.
