Abstract :
Analysis of quartz tuning fork oscillating at 76-kHz in frequency was carried out regarding how to shift frequency turn over temperature characteristics when electrode film thicknesses were changed. A new model of expanded equivalent Young´s modulus was proposed, taking into account electrode film thicknesses. Results were discussed in detail, considering those for 32 kHz quartz tuning forks
