Abstract
In this contribution we will report about design and fabrication of humidity sensors on Polycotton fabric by the use of screen printing technique. Nafion® was used as sensitive material. The fabricated devices were tested between 30%RH and 90%RH also varying temperature in the range of 15°C and 35°C. The complex sensor signal was measured using a gain/phase analyzer in a frequency range between 10Hz and 100kHz. The fabricated devices indicated a non-linear dependency to humidity for different measurement frequencies. The obtained results show the potential of integrating gas sensors into textiles.
