Abstract :
In the 21st century, the competition between enterprises is the competition between supply chains. As a result of management development, many more companies today are actively seeking effective solutions to adapt more flexible needs of their key customers. However, many researchers have described various models on single company or the partial in order to minimize supply chain costs and maximize profits, not considering the customer value. This paper is to contribute to the optimization modeling in supply chain on customer´s variable need. Based on customer behavior and customer value, customers are classified to the key, the potential and the normal. Furthermore, mainly depending on what are mentioned above, this paper presents a model to analyze factors influencing customer satisfaction and a discussion of the model and results to optimize the supply chain.
