Abstract :
This paper introduced a nanofluidic crystal based biosensor for human interferon-gamma (INF-γ) detection. And in the detection, we tested two different sample loading approaches, namely electrophoresis-based sample loading and directly-dropping-based loading methods. The preliminary experiment results indicated that the directly-dropping based detection achieved a sensing sensitivity of about 1fg/ml, which was much better than that achieved by the sample loading method.
