The Evaluation on Service Flexibility of Reverse Logistics

With the characteristics of complexity, uncertainty and so on, reverse logistics have many difficulties in being carried on. In order to effectively implement the reverse logistics and earn long-term economic, ecological and social benefits, this article introduces the conception of service flexibility into reverse logistics enterprises, establishes an index system of service flexibility of reverse logistics enterprise, then uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate it, aiming at finding the inadequacy of building the service flexibility in reverse logistics enterprise and providing theoretical support for enterprises to establish service flexible system.
