Abstract
A grey relation analysis mould used to evaluate the thermal power enterprise´s coal supplier was proposed. To overcome the problems of weights allocation and determination which exists on the mould of traditional grey relation analysis, a weight grey relation analysis method was modified to solve the problems. The weight was used to estimate the effect of the evaluated index on the evaluated subject , and weight was determined by using Shannon Entropy combined Analytic Hierarchy Process in order to avoid objective influencing factors therefore , the evaluation was more objective, scientific and rational.
