Abstract
This paper introduces the analogy method, applying management thoughts of customer relationship management to the supplier relationship management. The paper presents the definition and function of SRM firstly, then classifies the materials, on the basis of the class categorize the suppliers, adopting reverse auction or reverse marketing to different suppliers, bring forwards supplier sort and management in SRM system, including the criterion and performance evaluation of selecting supplier, so the enterprises can avoid the adverse selection of suppliers to develop the win-win status.
