Abstract
This paper proposes a novel reversible JPEG-to-JPEG data hiding technique. It uses a compressed JPEG image as a cover and embeds secret data into selected tuples in 8 Ã 8 quantized DCT coefficient blocks to generate a JPEG stego image finally. Just as the secret data can be easily extracted from the stego image, so can the original cover image be fully recovered. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme provides high embedding capacity without detectable visual artifacts.
