The Research on the Reasonable Radius of the Network Alliance Cooperation Product in Manufactory Industry

Based on the type analysis of manufacturing network alliance, this paper proposes that the manufacturing enterprise network alliance has a reasonable radius for cooperation production, and this is quite different from other kinds of alliance or mixed enterprise network alliance. When the reasonable radius is beyond the threshold, the partners´ contribution to the alliance cooperation production will be zero. This paper constructs the decision-making model of the reasonable radius of manufacturing enterprises network alliance in production and gives the corresponding process and steps of analysis, providing reference for the determination of reasonable radius of the manufacturing enterprise networks alliance in cooperation production.
