Abstract
A wide-input-range DC-DC converter implemented with switched-capacitor technique is presented. The converter has three operational modes, including triple-step-up mode, double-step-up mode and step-down mode. The PI compensator is used to improve the load regulation. The proposed circuit was implemented by 0.35um 2P4M process with a die area of 1.6 × 1.3 mm2. The input voltage range is 1.8-5 V, and the output voltage is 3.3 V. The maximal load current is set to 10 mA.
