Abstract :
We applied three methods in order to measure the vertical emittance of KEK-ATF. The first is a SR interferometer, the second method is the emittance measurement by using wire scanners at the beam extraction line. The last method is emittance estimation by measuring an intensity dependence of a momentum spread, which is caused by the intra-beam scattering. The measured vertical emittance for KEK-ATF is 0.02-0.06 nm, which is a few times larger than the design target of KEK-ATF
