Abstract :
In view of the characteristics of CNPC(China National Petroleum Corporation) well history management system and existing problems in drilling information, such as the magnitude of drilling data, complicated relations, inhomogeneous distribution, heterogeneity, autonomy, etc,a new integrated scheme based on Ontology is proposed for heterogeneous drilling data. Taking advantage of semantic integration, the new scheme can completely eliminate data heterogeneity among data sources and realize the most effective integration and sharing of different well history data for each oil and gas field. This paper elaborates the work principle and implementation procedure of the new scheme, establishes the fundamental model for bulk database of drilling field based on ontology, and achieves correlative mapping from oil field´s relational databases to drilling field´s globe ontology. Case analysis confirms that this scheme is effective and feasible in heterogeneous data integration field.
