Abstract
In the paper, a power system emergency control infrastructure in the Siberian interconnected power system is considered. The proposed structure, telecommunication means and software tools using the advantages of modern technologies will help to achieve an essential increase of emergency control efficiency, which is an important step to development the global safety system.
