Abstract :
Work performance is a micro foundation on which organizational performance is built. It is also a focus of organizational behavior researches. It is meaningful for improving employees´ efficiency to discuss the relationship between work performance and other organizational variables. This article discusses the relationship among performance , person corporate culture fit and organizational commitment, establishes a model of them finally in order to afford important advice for corporate to improve work performance and strengthen corporate culture.
