Abstract

Web-based course plays an important role in the learning process based on the computer network platform. In order to help the teachers develop the Web-based course easily and fastly, we design and develop the web-course developing platform. This platform adopts learning object to organize all the resources and content needed by the Web-course, and realize the whole process of developing a Web-based course, from creating new course, editing the course content, managing the course and approving content to publishing content to an integral web-based course.
