Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the dimension of the perceived risk of employee turnover. On the basis of depth interview and literature interview, a questionnaire on perceived risk of employee turnover on 20 items was formed. The analysis of exploratory factor indicated that perceived risk of employee turnover consists of 5 factors: development risk, organizational support risk, environmental risk, performance risk and social role risk. The five factors jointly explained 69.69% of total perceived risk variation. Reliability analysis showed that alpha coefficient of both each factor and the total score is between 0.822-0.937. Split-half reliability is between 0.802-0.920. Correlation of each factor with the total score is higher than correlation between factors. All reached statistical significance. Meanwhile, analysis of confirmatory factor also validated the construct validity of this questionnaire.
