  • Abstract
    The dynamic studies on enterprise culture focus on the formation of enterprise culture, the evolutionary process and influencing factors of the evolution of enterprise culture. In order to grasp the dynamic evolution process of enterprise culture, more attention should be paid to these factors. By carrying out an open-ended questionnaire survey and by adopting coding technique, the paper obtains four major categories of the factors of the evolution of enterprise culture: the staff, the administrator, the internal environment and the external environment.
