Abstract :
The purpose of this work is to prepare an animal model for endometriosis with the pattern of kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis, and attempt to provide a scientific tool for further study combining disease with syndrome on reproductive barriers. The trial will be randomized into four group: the blank control group, the model control group of kidney-deficiency, the model control group of endometriosis and the endometriosis model group of kidney-deficiency, which will be evaluated by the indicators of the general condition of model rats and the level of sex hormone, etc. The rat models of kidney-deficiency will be established by stomach-perfusion of hydroxyurea and endometrium auto-transplantation. The result showed that there were significant difference between the model control group of kidney-deficiency and the blank control group on weight index (P<;0.05). Compared with the blank control group, all the other model groups had statistical significance on sex hormone, which suggested the characteristic of reproduction dysfunction. Therefore, we conclude that the animal model for endometriosis with the pattern of kidney-deficiency and blood-stasis is effective, which provide a feasible method and scientific tool for research on the endometriosis about disease-oriented combing with syndrome.
