After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the investment of multi-national enterprises in China, the mode of their international human resource management(IHRM) has been highlighted. This research deeply interviewed high-level managers who work in 6 international corporations. The questions were focus on the setup of high-level management, which reflect the mode on IHRM of multinational enterprises in China in some extent. The conclusions could be summarized as follow: 1. IHRM mode shows diversification trend in China. 2. the influence factors of the IHRM mode are complicated.
