Abstract :
A method to localize the center of mass of uncooperative space debris was developed. Bodies are supposed to be free of any sensors but Euclidean coordinates of a set of feature points are supposed to be measurable by remote sensors. The center of mass is localized applying a kinematic registration algorithm. Precise orbit determination of the space debris is also performed via a constrained least square estimation approach.
