Abstract :
Peculiarities of transient period for infotelecommunication systems in Tatatrstan Republic are considered. Accounting for economic efficiency and state-of-the art in real telecommunication devices a conclusion about necessity of analogue technologies use is made. Conversion of one frequency oscillation into two frequency and two band oscillations is described as the basic method for development of analogue devices and techniques used in infotelecommunication systems. Using two frequency oscillation allows us to create frequency domain LFM-reflectometer with high accuracy of NDE structural monitoring and location of unauthorized access. Use of two band oscillations allows us to create communication lines with reduction of band pass and hence increase of information capacity. Parameters of conversion and their effect on output spectrum composition are discussed. The given method allows us to get spectrum characteristics with high stability of amplitudes and frequencies. That is very important for measuring and for communication systems.
