Abstract :
The results of the projection integration of a model of a cylindrical conductor, in order to establish the fractal geometry of the surface of actual conductors, is presented. The /spl alpha/-characteristic component of an electric field is obtained. That has allowed us to define the strain of a homogeneous field by a cylindrical conductor with a fractal surface in the near zone.
